Refund policy

Mino Farina offers a store credit for the return of any regularly priced merchandise within 3 days after receipt of the item(s).  All sale item(s) are final. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the issued store credit. Store credit is issued for the cost of the merchandise only.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Send an email to info@minofarina.com notifying us of your desire to exchange your item.
  • Mail the items you wish to exchange to the address provided on the package you received within 3 days of receipt of the item(s). ** You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs to return your item(s). This includes the shipping cost to return the item(s) to the return address, as well as the shipping costs for shipment of the new item(s). 
  • Once your return is processed, we will issue you a store credit via email. Your store credit will be in the amount of the purchased price of the returned item(s) only. 

EXCHANGE CONDITION

Please package the item(s) being returned in the original packaging. If item show signs of being worn, washed, soiled, Mino Farina reserve the right to refuse said item and customer will be charge a shipping fee to send damaged item back.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  • Items that show evidence of wear 
  • Items on sale
