What is your shipping policy?

Orders are shipped 3-4 business days after order is placed, EXCEPT holidays. 

Orders are shipped via UPS and USPS. Customers select the most convenient option for their shipping. 

 

Where is my confirmation email?

If you have recently placed an order, please check your spam/junk folder.

Most confirmation emails will be automatically sent as soon as you have placed an order.

 

Where is my order?

 If you have placed your order and have received your confirmation email, your order should be on its way to you very soon.  If you have placed your order on a weekend or a public national holiday you order might experience slight delays. 

 

What is your return policy?

 All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Only store credit will be allowed. 

It is the customer's responsibility to return any merchandise to our business for store credit.

Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).

Items returned after 7 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.

 NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

 How do I exchange a purchase?

 Please provide the following information for an exchange:
* Contact Name
* E-mail Address
* Order #
* Order Date
* Reason for exchange


2. Upon receiving your return, you will be contacted via E-mail for final confirmation.

Please note exchanges based on customers preference is subjected to approval BEFORE customer sends out order. ALL shipping expenses are the customer's responsibility.
